As earlier reported by Metropolix Online the sudden disappearance of the Spiritual Director of Adoration Ministry Enugu, Rev. Fr. Ejike Mbaka, supporters trooped out in hundreds rejoicing on Wednesday after he resurfaced, hours after his whereabouts had caused confusion in the state.
Mbaka returned in a vehicle a few minutes past 2 pm, with his supporters shouting ‘Father Mbaka, Oh! you are home!.”
The reverend father later came out of the vehicle to rejoice with his supporters.
Recall that the Ohanaeze Ndigbo Youth Council Worldwide, OYC raised an alarm on Wednesday, noting that the renowned Chrisitan cleric’s whereabouts can not be ascertained at the moment.
Earlier, the supporters struggled to confirm that Mbaka was in the vehicle as they take turns to catch a glimpse of him.
“He is the one. I saw Father Mbaka,” one of the supporters jubilated on sighting the cleric.
“He is back! Is it a crime to speak the truth? Nothing must happen to him,” another supporter said.
Mazi Okwu Nnabuike, the President-General of OYC who disclosed the development in the statement signed by him said: “We have it on good authority that his aides have neither seen nor heard from him since Tuesday.”
“Calls put to his mobile line have also remained unanswered; this has now prompted us to issue this alarm as we would not take it lightly should anything untoward happens to him,” Nnabuike claimed.
