Even in the midst of the internet scandal trailing his wife Simi over her past posts on X (Twitter) which has recently put her under fire, popular singer, Adekunle Gold (AG) has not denied his love for his equally singer wife.
Many things have been said about the relationship between Simi and Falz, another male artiste who was very close to Simi even before he eventually married AG, many believed it was a romantic relationship until Simi chose to go with Adekunle Gold.

However, AG shed more light into the controversies surrounding his wife;
“There is no amount of social media trolls that can stop me from loving Simi.” He said

AG continued, “She came into my life and changed everything for me.
Before we got married, she was very close to Falz. They were always together for music rehearsals, and sometimes I was even the one dropping her off and picking her up from his house.”

“When we started dating, I confronted Falz man-to-man and asked him straight: ‘Oboi, abeg tell me the truth – you dey chop am?’
He looked me in the eyes and said they were like brother and sister he couldn’t even think of chopping her.

Simi is the woman who helped me become who I am today. I love her.” Adekunle Gold concluded.
