Misplaced $70,000: Davido Promises $10,000 For Eko Hotels Staff

This is no doubt season of give away for music superstar, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido as he has also pledged $10,000 to an Eko Hotel and Suites worker, Kekwaaru Ngozi Mary, who returned a misplaced $70,000 to a customer in Lagos.
In a post via his verified Twitter handle on Sunday, the Afrobeat superstar wrote “Find her for me … I donate $10k”.
It was reported that Ngozi Mary has been praised by many Nigerians on social media for returning $70,000 (over ₦55 million) to a customer in a Lagos hotel.
Labour Party Presidential candidate, Mr Peter Obi, had issued a statement celebrating Ngozi Mary for her act, saying it was heartwarming and reassuring that she did the act despite the hardship in the country and the prevailing moral decadence in society.
Obi also recommended her for national honour.
