Immediate past Vice President of Nigeria, Professor Yemi Osinbajo has been appointed Chairman Board of Directors to lead Climate Action for Africa (CAP-A).

The erudite politician took to X (former Twitter) to post the new offer. Osinbajo in his post said;

‘Thrilled to announce that I have accepted the offer to lead Climate Action for Africa (CAP-A) as the new Chair of The Board of Directors! Truly excited to drive climate actions across Africa along with an incredible team.’

Osinbajo GCON is a Nigerian lawyer, professor, and politician who served as the 14th vice president of Nigeria from 2015 to 2023 to former President Mohammodu Buhari. A member of the All Progressives Congress, he previously served as Attorney General of Lagos State from 1999 to 2007 and holds the title of Senior Advocate of Nigeria.
