Former Emir of Kano, Muhammad Sanusi Lamido, paid a visit to the Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Olayemi Michael Cardoso on Thursday.
The visit is understood to be the first official meeting between the two financial giants since the emergence of Cardoso as the Governor of the apex bank.
However, details of the meeting was not let out at the time of filling this report.
