“Ifako-Ijaiye LG Is Committed To Making Lives Better For Residents ” – Hon. Jelili Adetunji Says As He Picks Metropolix Award

Councillor representing Ward ‘A’ at Ifako-Ijaiye Local Government, Hon. Jelili Mudasiru Adetunji has expressed his gratitude to his fans especially the electorates who deemed it fit to vote for him during last local government elections held in Lagos State. The amiable politician said this during the official visit of the Metropolix Magazine & Online crew to present him with Certificate of Excellence as the Most Innovative and Resourceful Grassroots Politician.
“Let me first of all thank our fans especially those who voted us in for deeming it fit to cast their votes for us the second time. We promised not to disappoint them in anyway. The administration of Hon. Usman Hazmat is committed to making lives better for all residents of Ifako-Ijaiye LG, this we’ve been doing by providing basic amenities. It’s by following the steps of of our principal, the chairman of the local government who is laying good examples for we the subjects and the followers. As shown in the pictures, we’ve engaged in many projects to the envy of our opponents. APC as a progressive party is doing everything to ensure Nigeria is revamped from the moribund it used to be. We thank the management of Metropolix Magazine & Online for their efforts and for being impartial .” Adetunji explained.

However, while presenting the award, CEO and publisher of Metropolix Magazine and Online, Johnson Adegboyega gave his kudos for all the good works delivered by the administration.
“Metropolix Honour and Recognition Award holds every year and in the last ten years, we’ve been honouring distinguished Nigerians who have done well in their various fields without discrimination. We did a lot of research within Ifako-Ijaiye LG to eventually pick Hon. Jelili Adetunji. In fact we visited his many projects and those unseen were confirmed. We hereby say congratulations to the Chairman, Hon. Usman Hazmat for having an hardworking subject like him and also congratulate Hon. Adetunji for this well deserved honour.”
