Contrary to the recent defarmatory criminal allegations published by Sahara Reporters against the Chairman of Mikano International Limited, Mr. Mofid Karameh.

The management of the company hereby wishes to address and firmly refute the allegations contained in the report , Mr. Mofid Karameh.

These claims are completely untrue, baseless, and highly defamatory. At no time has
Mr. Karameh been involved in, investigated for, or connected to any form of illegal
activity. Such allegations do not reflect who he is or the values he represents.

For over three decades, Mikano International Limited has built its reputation on integrity,
transparency, and responsible business practices across Nigeria and beyond.

We take this reputation seriously, and it is disappointing to see unverified information being
circulated in a manner that can mislead the public and unfairly damage both personal
and corporate credibility.

We strongly urge our partners, clients, and the general public to disregard this report in
its entirety.

Mikano International Limited is currently reviewing all appropriate legal options and
will take the necessary steps to protect the reputation of our Chairman and the
organization.
