“A generous person will prosper; whoever refreshes others will be refreshed.” The above quote aptly describes the meritorious honour given to the founder and CEO of Omogbolake Foundation, Omolabake Labby Adeneye who was once again recognized by the organisers at the 6th edition of Eminent Personality Award held on Sunday, 19th November.
The noble event was held at Presken Hotel in Ikeja with top personalities in attendance.
Speaking on behalf of the CEO, Mr. Johnson Adegboyega publisher of Metropolix Magazine & Online who is also the Media Manager of Omogbolake Foundation thanked the organisers.
“At Omogbolake Foundation, we believe so much in the quote that says, ‘Not a kernel of kindness ever goes to waste, Not a gesture of gentleness ever goes awry. The unselfish one is the happiest person in the world, You’ll find joy when you answer someone’s cry. That’s why giving is living remains our slogan.

“Let me use this medium to tell everyone here tonight that no gesture of giving will go in vain. I want to thank the organisers of this event especially the CEO and publisher of The Message Int’l Magazine who deemed it fit to honour amiable boss of Omogbolake Foundation in the person of Omolabake Labby Adeneye whose gestures of giving to the less privileged was appreciated today. In everything you do, there must come a reward. I hereby dedicate this award to the dutiful crew of Omogbolake Foundation, the Founder Omolabake Selimot Adeneye, member of Board of Trustees, Mrs. Damilola Adeneye Adeyemi, Abdulquadri Jamiu, Dammy Jare and Jumoke Taiwo and able self, Adegboyega Johnson, this is just the beginning.” He concluded.
Speaking from her base in London, Labby Adeneye also thanked the organisers of Eminent Personality Award and the entire crew of Omogbolake Foundation.
“This is another call to service and my prayers to God Almighty is to continue strengthening us to do more. At Omogbolake Foundation, we shall never relent in our efforts in giving to the needy.”
Omogbolake Foundation as an NGO made its first appearance in 2021 and since then, it’s been no going back in its mission of putting smiles to the faces of the less privileged.
Activities for the year 2023 giveaway is in top gear.
The organisation will be visiting motherless homes, giving writing materials, school bags to students, provide little financial assistance to small business owners among others.
