Having won All Progressives Congress, APC ticket for Ogbomoso North, South and Oriire Federal Constituency, Olamijuwonlo Alao-Akala son of the former governor of Oyo state Otunba Adebayo Alao Akala is no doubt gathering momentum.
Olamijuwonlo, a former chairman of Ogbomoso North local government area, polled all the 150 votes to clinch the ticket of the APC. Well loved by the youths of his constituency for his immense contributions to the development of Ogbomoso North LG when he served as the Chairman.
However he has promised to do more if elected into the green chamber.
In his goodwill message to his constituents, Olamijuwonlo assure the people of quality and effective representation.
“Dear good people of Ogbomoso North, South and Orire Federal constituency,
I present myself to you with humility and utmost sense of duty, not because I am the best among you but because (we) you and I share a common goal for our community; Growth and development.
My previous experience in the private and public sector has prepared me for the huge task ahead and I want to assure you of quality and effective representation at the green chamber towards the continuous development of our constituency.
Therefore, I am using this medium to humbly implores you all to mobilize, support and vote for me; your son and servant, Hon Olamijuwonlo Alao Akala as a member of the Federal House of Representatives.
I hereby request for your prayers and goodwill as I can’t do this without you”.
He was elected by all the 150 accredited delegates as the candidate to clinch the ticket.
