Businessman and fashion icon, Farouq Oreagba, has shared a heartfelt reflection on the importance of good health, revealing how his prolonged battle with cancer changed his perspective on life and material possessions.

Oreagba, popularly known as “Mr. Steeze” who has become the center of attraction at the annual Ojude-Oba celebration for his stylish appearance disclosed that he lost several luxury assets during his health struggles.

Speaking about his experience, he said, “When I fell il|, I had six cars in my garage, but now I have only one. I even gave one of my Range Rovers to a staff member.

He further emphasized the overwhelming impact of health challenges with a statement that has since resonated across social media platforms: “You may have 99 problems, but the moment you have a health problem, all your problems become one.

The businessman was diagnosed with multiple myeloma, a form of bone cancer, in February 2014.
His treatment journey involved intensive chemotherapy sessions and a bone marrow transplant before he eventvally went into remission.

Oreagba’s story has continued to inspire many Nigerians, particularly cancer patients and survivors, who view his recovery as a symbol of resilence and hope. His remarks have sparked conversations online about the need to prioritize health, regular medical check-ups, and early disease detection over the pursult of wealth and material success.
