The Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA), steered by the General Manager, Mr. Olalekan Bakare-Oki, has announced the introduction of Female Bikers known as Female Troopers.
The Lagos State Traffic Management’s Female Troopers will join their male colleagues on motorcycle patrol to help handle traffic and to ensure the smooth traffic flow in the city.

“Poised to make a difference in an area that has been known to be dominated by men, the Female Bikers known as Female Troopers have taken it upon themselves to prove that Women can thrive in jobs and responsibilities that have long been tagged as for Men,” LASTMA said in a statement.
